The Manager, Infrastructure Development is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of systems and infrastructure across all campuses of the Public Service Academy (PSA). This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall learning environment by leading the establishment of infrastructural needs, spearheading architectural transformations, and ensuring that facilities meet current and future educational demands. The Manager will initiate resource mobilization efforts through the development of concept papers and will collaborate with government departments and agencies to implement infrastructural development initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating infrastructure-related reporting, participating in budget estimation, and supervising ongoing development projects. The Manager will also conduct research on modern infrastructure technologies, facilitate regular inspections to ensure optimal conditions, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database of PSA properties.
