Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or submitting an application through the PSC eRecruitment System, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and applications, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Providing false or misleading information in an application may result in disqualification.

Acceptable Use

The platform may only be used to apply for genuine employment opportunities with the Public Service Commission. Attempting to disrupt the service, access other applicants' data, or submit fraudulent documents is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. Shortlisting, interview, and appointment decisions are made in accordance with the Commission's recruitment policies and applicable public service regulations.

Limitation of Liability

The Commission works to keep the platform available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or recruitment policy. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
